Teachers' Acceptance of Digital Technology

With the ever-changing times, the education system must be agile enough to positively accept, understand, and respond to change to achieve the emerging objectives of the sector towards continuous improvement (Briones, 2020). There is a need to address the perennial needs of schools to transition to the new norm of teaching and learning amidst the novel crisis that every nation is facing. The current pandemic unleashes and necessitates the use of online and offline alternative learning delivery platforms, to prepare for the next school year and to counteract any disruptions now and in the future. This is where the utilization of available digital technology arises, but the concern is still about the teachers’ acceptance and utilization of these emerging mediums of instruction. Thus, this survey was conducted to explore this topic of interest.
